Sugar is deadly. That’s all there is too it.
Obviously a main player in diabetes, it’s also known to feed cancer and cause or exacerbate other degenerative conditions.
We eat A LOT of sugar, and it is detrimental to our health. The scary thing is we don’t even realize how much we eat, ALWAYS read the labels of foods your eating and be aware, it’s a simple step that can cut your sugar consumption way down and have life long health benefits.
